Hi I'm Serina Gardner, I am a Bachelor qualified Naturopath, Medical Herbalist & Nutritionist who specialises in holistic wellbeing - promoting health, laughter and love in a nurturing environment using natural methods to help you regain optimal health.

My passion is in women's and children's health, being a mother myself I understand how small changes in your children's health and your own health can make such dramatic changes to your whole family.  It is with this purpose that I work holistically creating a plan for you based on lifestyle, nutrition and better body function offering continued support to achieve the health and lifestyle you have always wanted.

Since my early twenties I have naturally been drawn to natural health.  My starting point was realizing that I had learnt nothing about nutrition during my teenage years and had to give myself a quick crash course, which started my passion of reading as many health books as I can find, I then began working in a natural skincare shop learning and becoming fascinated with aromatherapy, the chemical load of many products and what ingredients and labels really mean.  From there I started making my own products as a hobby, and continuing to read as much as I could on nutrition, medicinal herbs, and natural home remedies.  

After the birth of my daughter and my husband’s life changing accident in 2007 I realised that life is short and you should do what you want with it!  This was  huge learning curve but gave me the courage to return to school and complete a Bachelor of Natural Medicine, I learnt about goal setting and following my dreams rather than  rather than just talking about it.

After great experience working in Health Shops directly with customers I challenged myself and in 2015, I opened the Natural Family Health Clinic so I could help clients working as a Naturopath and Medical Herbalist.  I love listening to clients, helping them set goals, overcome obstacles, find a great life & nutrition balance.  I love watching clients become healthier and happier and am very excited to help you and your family enjoy a healthier happier life.
